Participant Types & Rates
Master of the Chase – Experience the thrill of the hunt alongside De La Brooke Foxhounds W Huntswoman, Kami Bitting. This one-of-a-kind ticket places you at the center of all of the action, with the opportunity to learn from Kami about the pack, her hunt experiences, the terrain, and so much more. This ticket holder will receive complimentary lodging with our illustrious staff member, Kathy Glockner, whose expertise in the hunt field is only eclipsed by her incredible hospitality. This includes a Thursday night welcome dinner and Friday breakfast, along with complimentary preferred stabling and a host of other goodies!
The Master of the Chase ticket also includes lodging and meals at Kathy Glockner’s home for one guest (stabling not included for the guest with this ticket).

Vixen – Our Vixen fields are where friendships flourish and new memories are made. Select a field of your choosing to spend the day hunting beautiful Mt. Victoria with our experienced field staff. Enjoy refreshments throughout the day and a complete hunt breakfast once you hang up your boots. This ticket also includes a beautifully engraved charcuterie board as a gift from us to remember your day. Join us to celebrate the best of southern Maryland foxhunting, with gratitude to esteemed De La Brooke staff member, Kathy Glockner, for generously providing the gifts for our Vixens!

Vixen’s Inner Circle – Love that VIP experience? This ticket is for you! Your ticket features all of the perks of a standard Vixen ticket – breakfast, refreshments, and gifts – plus: preferred trailer parking, access to the closest lodging and stabling options (paid separately), and a professional photo of you and your horse. This ticket has limited space, don’t delay!

Tally-Ho Crew – Not a rider? No problem! This ticket grants you complete access to our Tally-Ho Crew team – dedicated to ensuring your hilltopping experience is centered on the action. It also includes refreshments throughout the day and our complete hunt breakfast.

Junior Rider – We welcome Vixen riders under 21 to join us! Riders under 16 must be accompanied by an adult Vixen rider. Enjoy age-appropriate refreshments, snacks, and hunt breakfast.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee by contacting us at dlbfoxhoundsvixenhunt@gmail.com prior to the event with the name and contact information of the new ticket holder.
All riders must have a signed waiver and a current, negative Coggins.
If possible, please download, sign, and send your waiver to dlbfoxhoundsvixenhunt@gmail.com along with a copy of your Coggins to ensure the smoothest possible check-in experience upon arrival at Mt. Victoria. Please place DLB Vixen hunt, with your first and last name, in the subject line of the email.
If you are unable to electronically provide these documents, please bring both completed forms to the registration table at your time of check-in.
